Quality Management

All PCB manufacturing steps are fully inspected, such as hole size, traces width/space, finished board thickness, impedance control test, etc.

All the inspection work that we do is only to ensures PCB boards meet the delivery requirements, IPC standard and meet customers’ requirements. As the original inspection method in PCB manufacturing, manual visual inspection is used for the detection of the appearance of the electronic PCB board with the help of magnifier or just eyes. The main contents of PCB detection are color, gloss, roughness, burr and colors. After all those inspection completed,  inspection report, microsection report and solder sample will be sent to our customer in the PCB box.
